I had the distinct honor of being invited to the 5th Ambassadors’ Export Club, organized by the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. In his inspiring opening speech, Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna reassured us that the Estonian economy is on track to thrive once again in the coming years. The Minister expressed hope that significant changes in public procurement laws will occur in the near future, opening new doors for Estonian companies.
